I liked the staff, they are super-friendly and incredibly kind. The ambiance is special. My must haves' are a tastefully decorated, new-fashioned room with a sofa bed, big screen and large sofa. The breakfast variety is freshly prepared with extra coffee, gluten free options and lovely fresh croissants, exceptional service. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Make sure to get suite with the sofa bed and big screen. Overall the staff is brilliantly helpful.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that include basic amenities and even a small kitchenette in the rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service with perfect English and a wealth of knowledge about the area. The location, set on a hill in a quiet residential area, provides beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The only small downside was a slight lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Secondly, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the location of this hotel was fantastic, situated in a quiet residential area up a steep hill. It provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
